Thank you for purchasing your Meseta product, which is guaranteed for twelve months on a back to base basis from the date of purchase.
You are advised to activate your warranty within 28 days of purchase.

Who is covered:
This warranty is extended only to the original end user purchasing the product with a valid receipt from ASW Vending Services Ltd T/A Meseta Coffee UK or the person receiving the same as a gift as long as accompanied with a receipt and is not transferable or extendable to any other person.

What is covered / for how long:
The product is covered for a period of one year from date of purchase when accompanied with a valid receipt, otherwise the date in which it was manufactured, determined by the serial number recorded data will take effect

What is not covered:
The warranty does not cover defects resulting from improper or unreasonable use or lack of correct maintenance. Failure to follow the correct operating instructions, accidental damage, lighting and power surges, improper voltage connections as well as unauthorised modification to the original product condition.
Any purchase from a 3rd party reseller, the warranty only covers purchases directly from ASW Vending Services Ltd.
The warranty is null and void bearing the serial number has been removed or defaced.

Consumables such as coffee or coffee capsules

What we will do:
During the warranty period we will, at our sole option, repair or replace (using new or refurbished replacement parts) any defective parts within a reasonable period of time and free of charge

What we will not do:
Pay for shipping the product must be sent back to base, insurance or transportation charges from you to us, along with with any import fees duties or taxes must be bourne by the customer.

What you must do to obtain limited warranty service:
Contact Meseta Coffee UK to obtain a returns authorisation number at info@mesetacoffeeuk.com Meseta Coffee UK will advise you of an authorisation returns number, which must be clearly fixed to the package when returning the product. Cartons not bearing a return authorisation number will be refused. The returned product must be accompanied with proof of purchase
